MISSOULA, Mont. — Montana’s attorney general is urging Congress to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.

Tim Fox was a guest on CNN Tonight With Don Lemon Tuesday night.

Fox said U.S. lawmakers must provide coverage for pre-existing conditions.

“There is 152,000 Montanans, these are non-elderly adult Montanans, that depend on coverage for pre-existing conditions, and that’s the viewpoint that needs to be stressed, I think. It’s certainly something that I agree with President Trump on. He wants to have pre-existing coverage, so do I. He has agreed that the individual mandate is unconstitutional, I agree with him there. He believes as I do that Congress needs to get their act together. They need to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act,” Fox said on CNN Tonight with Don Lemon.
